Warranty Information

If you experience issues with the frame that include a manufacturer's defect or an issue resulting from an inherent flaw in the product, Pineme provides a 365-day warranty from the time of purchase. If you believe your product meets these requirements, please email warranty@pineme.us, explaining the nature of your warranty claim and providing all necessary details. Please note that scratched lenses and physical damage caused by you are not covered by the warranty.
